This is my blog. It’s focused on life coaching and personal development. My mission is to help motivated but overwhelmed individuals discover and design their ideal life, so they can experience clarity, regain control over their time, and have a meaningful influence on those who matter to them. As a result I post on coaching, personal development, leadership, goals and dreams, and the power of thoughts.\u00a0On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.<\/p>\n

My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you are a coach, a parent, in leadership or simply seeking to improve your own quality of life or that of others around you, then this blog is for you.<\/p>\n
