I know productivity isn&#8217;t everything in life, but it sure is important. A good friend of mine showed me this info-graphic recently. Her comment was &#8220;It made me think of you.&#8221; \u00a0I was surprised to find that I actually do 23 of the things listed here.<\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t say that the whole list resonates with me, or that I would recommend them all.<\/p>\n<p>As a <a title=\"Contact the Coaches\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/personal-coaching\/contact-the-coaches\/\">coach<\/a> I see several things on this list I use to work with <a title=\"Coaching is for Achievers\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/coaching-is-for-achievers\/\">clients<\/a>. See if you can spot them.\u00a0Be sure to check it out and see which ones can add value to your life.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Here my choice of top <a title=\"Habits \u2026 Beliefs \u2026 and Eagles\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/our-advantage-over-an-eagle\/\">habits<\/a> in each category.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tech: Use keyboard shortcuts. I do this a lot and it definitely cuts down the time different tasks take to accomplish on the computer.<\/li>\n<li>Clothes: Discard what you stop using. This made me smile. I like to do that because it makes room for new things I&#8217;d rather wear. It also cuts&#8217; down the time you spend choosing what to wear.<\/li>\n<li>Hacks: <a title=\"A True Story About the Power of Visualization | It Really Works\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/a-true-story-about-the-power-of-visualization-it-really-works\/\">Visualize your end product<\/a>. This is an incredibly powerful tool, especially if you take the time to relax and connect with it.<\/li>\n<li>Body: Sleep more, you will get more done. The thing that makes this work for me is, I don&#8217;t stay up late or work after dinner. This makes it easier to get the 8 hours of sleep I need.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Set a daily routine. Ideally I start my day at 5 am with a morning routine of reading, listening to audio books, or journaling, <a title=\"Experiencing Intention and a Six-pack to Boot\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/experiencing-intention-and-a-six-pack-to-boot\/\">a workout<\/a>, reading online about topics related to my industry, breakfast, answering emails, and then off to work.<\/li>\n<li>Food: Eat healthy food. In addition to my meals I make sure I have plenty of healthy snack foods on hand.<\/li>\n<li>Mind: Focus on the important suppress the urgent.
