Really! Given a <a title=\"15 Things Not To Believe, and 15 You Might Want To\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/15-things-not-to-believe-and-15-youll-want-to\/\">choice<\/a>, it seems that many of us would prefer to savor those early morning moments in deep sleep. Besides, those late nights are so packed with fun and down-time possibilities. If you want to give it a try here are some tips for getting up early.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">This How to Wake Up Early infographic was originally posted at\u00a0<a title=\"Article in Entrepreneur Magazine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/article\/230606\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Entrepreneur.com<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>I&#8217;ll \u00a0tell you what gets me to rise &#8216;n shine. \u00a0This isn&#8217;t for everyone, so consider yourself warned and stop reading right here, if you don&#8217;t care to begin getting up early. I mean it!<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Time.<\/strong>\u00a0The early morning is when there is no one nor anything to distract me or pull on my time. I&#8217;m up ahead of the hustle and bustle and I am able to\u00a0take care of me.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus.<\/strong> I have found that those early mornings help me <a title=\"6 Simple Steps For Creating Laser Focus Using Lists\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/6-simple-steps-for-creating-laser-focus-using-lists\/\">generate focus on the things that matter<\/a> to me and make it possible for me to choose and set the course of my day and consequently my life.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health.<\/strong> Because of above factors I have am better able to get the exercise that I need, keeping me in great health. This has been one of my <a title=\"6 Steps You Can Use to Turn Your Desire into Reality\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/6-steps-you-can-use-to-turn-your-desire-into-reality\/\">strongest desires<\/a> in order to be around longer for my family and loved ones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mind.<\/strong> I am able to think more clearly first thing in the morning, once the grogginess dissipates. Yes, I&#8217;ve gotta rev the engine to get it running but taking time to think without distraction is a life changing experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spirit.<\/strong> Whatever name you have for it, there is and unseen part us which we have easier access to when we are fresh in the quiet of the morning. I love to take time reading or thinking and developing that connection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Preparing the night before is a key to making this happen, as you can see from the tips in the infographic above.<\/p>\n<h3><a title=\"Habits \u2026 Beliefs \u2026 and Eagles\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/our-advantage-over-an-eagle\/\">Rituals are a key to developing any new habit. <\/a><\/h3>\n<p>I have morning rituals which contribute to successfully starting my day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>I grab a warm drink and find a comfortable spot to sit<\/strong>, aside from my bed. Sometimes it is my balcony garden, other times it&#8217;s my bedroom chair, or living room couch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I put music on to fit or change my mood and the moment.<\/strong> Actually, I love to keep music running throughout my day and I change it according to my activities and mood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I then pull out something to read and learn<\/strong> from or\u00a0feed my spirit.\u00a0Once in a while I&#8217;ll listen to an audio book or watch a video. I do this for about thirty minutes to\u00a0an hour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercise is the next step<\/strong> in my morning routine. I have workout equipment at home. Not having to go the gym, is one less thing to keep me from exercising.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I eat a\u00a0hearty\u00a0breakfast.<\/strong>\u00a0Usually muesli or eggs.
