The books vary, usually inspirational or informative non-fiction. It&#8217;s time to feed my mind and spirit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workout for 30-60 min<\/strong>. In my case I enjoy resistance training. I have my equipment at home which removes any excuses for not doing it. This is important! Make sure it&#8217;s easy, so you can build the habit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Listen to music as I hop in the shower and then prepare a hardy breakfast<\/strong>. Having a substantial breakfast early in the morning is important to maintaining a balanced metabolism.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take 30 min to respond emails and engage<\/strong> in current conversations in my social media circles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep updated by reading on topics online<\/strong> related to my work and industry for 30 min. This way I&#8217;m informed and better able to assist others, share, and produce material relative to you, my audience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After that I&#8217;m ready to begin my work for the day. <strong>My first stop with be to do some forward-moving, often creative, work<\/strong> on my business.<\/p>\n[reminder]What do you do to kick of a great day?
