I&#8217;m the\u00a0life design coach here.<\/p>\n<p>Today I have another video on the exciting series on breakthroughs, on how to achieve and orchestrate breakthroughs in your life and what are the three basic key elements that are essential and are actually a natural part of breakthroughs occurring\u00a0in our lives.<\/p>\n<p>I made an initial introduction video Please check out the link below, if you want to see all three of them. Today we are going to talk about <em>strategy<\/em>\u00a0and once again we are basing this off of Tony Robbins&#8217; study of all of this over the years. It is an amazing insight. (<em>Read <a title=\"Read Awaken the Giant Within on Amazon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0671791540\/?tag=coachingreall-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Awaken the Gian Within<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<h3>What are Strategies?<\/h3>\n<p>Today, when we talk about strategies what we are looking at is\u00a0plans,\u00a0looking at the way you go about getting to something by sitting out and actually thinking out a process and using a process, a strategy essentially, to get you from point A to point B.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s\u00a0an example:<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, actually my whole life, I&#8217;ve had a bit of a gut.<\/p>\n<p>I have never been super happy with it but it never bothered me. One day I decided that I got to take care of this, I want to be healthy, and it is a sign that I am not doing very well.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of years ago, <a title=\"Experiencing Intention and a Six-pack to Boot\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/experiencing-intention-and-a-six-pack-to-boot\/\" target=\"_blank\">I decided that I am going to do this. I am going to\u00a0get rid of my belly fat and I am gonna get fit.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So, what do I do?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>What I needed to do was to find someone, find a\u00a0strategy that was going to work, and that was going to work for me.<\/p>\n<p>So I did. Initially, I\u00a0started with some other programs. The most recent ones was <a title=\"see P90X3 Kit on Amazon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00TQ8FSWC\/?tag=coachingreall-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Tony Horton&#8217;s P90X3 series<\/a>. I was doing one hour, three days a week and it was working really well for me.<\/p>\n<p>I realized I wasn&#8217;t making quick enough progress. I needed to fine tune my strategy, fine tune how it was going to work.\u00a0He came out with a new video\u00a0series which is\u00a0only\u00a0thirty\u00a0minutes so now I do five to six days\u00a0a week of thirty minutes. It has made a huge difference. I am working progressively towards my goal and I have had amazing breakthroughs.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m no longer the sluggish old Abe that I used to be and the plan has really worked.<\/p>\n<p>I am still looking forward to completely getting rid of my gut but it is well on the way and the strategy is working.<\/p>\n[shareable]Find someone who is doing what you want to do, someone who is going where you want to go and follow them. @Abe_Stone[\/shareable]\n<h3>The 5\u00a0Tips to Kickstart Your Strategy<\/h3>\n<p>Here are a few tips to help you with setting up your own strategy for whatever it is that you want to change in you life. Maybe it is about money, maybe it is about your health, maybe it has to do with business, maybe it has to do with relationships.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sit down and have a brain dump.<\/strong> Sit down\u00a0with a piece of paper\u00a0and just write as many ideas as you can even if they seem unattainable or not very doable or practical just make a list.\n<ul>\n<li>Make it a long list as long as you can so you have the\u00a0resource to pull from.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Think about\u00a0who has achieved what you want.<\/strong> Who has reached that success that you wan? Who is training other people? Who is helping other people? Maybe it is someone that is close to you, who could be your mentor. Or <a title=\"How To Guarantee Top Results From Any Course You Study\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/how-to-guarantee-top-results-from-any-course-you-study\/\" target=\"_blank\">maybe it is someone in\u00a0the online world out there<\/a>. There are so many potential people who can help you reach your goals, who can coach you and give you systems, who can help your strategies come to life.\n<ul>\n<li>So find someone who is doing what you want to do, someone who is\u00a0going where you want to go and <strong>follow them.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Write out a plan.<\/strong> Pick something from that brainstorm idea and see how it fits together with the ideas of the people that you&#8217;ve come across and the ideas from the people who are going\u00a0where you want to go. Sit down and make a plan for putting\u00a0those ideas into action.\n<ul>\n<li>Check out my previous post on\u00a0<a title=\"Make Your Goals Emotionally Powerful, SMART Goals That Rock &#091;Inforgraphic&#093;\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/make-emotionally-strong-smart-goals-rock\/\">setting up emotionally strong, smart goals in your life<\/a> and use that as a guide for making your plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose one action.\u00a0<\/strong>What is your main action?\u00a0Get that very clear. How you are going to take\u00a0that action?\u00a0Start on a certain date. Call someone. Buy a certain product. Whatever it is.\u00a0You know the details of your personal situation so, whatever what action is get it\u00a0set up and <strong>start doing it<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably I would set up that you have an action that is habitual. Maybe it is a matter\u00a0of, in the case of exercise, doing certain exercises at certain times. Setting aside certain times on a regular basis to get it done.\u00a0So decide on that action and get that action done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start right away!\u00a0<\/strong>Do not put it off for the future.\u00a0Sure, maybe you need to do a few things to get ready.
