A good night rest wakes you up with energy in the morning, <a href=\"http:\/\/harvardmagazine.com\/2005\/07\/deep-into-sleep.html\" target=\"_blank\">7 to 8 hours of good sleep increases our cognitive ability<\/a> by 20 percent, it is said, and this is backed by science.<\/p>\n<p>So obviously sleep is something that we\u00a0really \u00a0want to use for our\u00a0personal development and growth.<\/p>\n<p>Now, one thing that I like about using this app is that it lets you <strong>know what things are influencing your\u00a0sleep<\/strong>, if you are able to enter different factors.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if you ate late\u00a0and maybe you had coffee or\u00a0whatever it is,\u00a0you know &#8220;This has a bad influence on my your sleep and the quality of my sleep is going down when this happens.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Or, &#8220;Certain days of the week, sleep better. Well,\u00a0what is it? I got it from Jeff Walker.<\/p>\n<p>What I really like and what I use it most for is, not so much for relaxing, but for concentration. Sometimes I am in a situation which is really busy and it is distracting.<\/p>\n<p>It uses what I think are called, binaural\u00a0beats. They are some\u00a0for relaxing. There are different noises, white noise, just sounds that relax us, the sounds of the water, the sound of the wind, whatever the case is.<\/p>\n<p>You can find great ways to use this app by <strong>increasing your concentration or speeding up\u00a0your ability to <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/how-to-start-meditating-using-the-release-technique\/\" target=\"_blank\">relax and disconnect<\/a> from situations<\/strong> so you can move on to\u00a0the next event the next thing that you need to do.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/ifttt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-2985 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ifttt-150x150.png\" alt=\"ifttt\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ifttt-35x35.png 35w, https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ifttt-82x82.png 82w, https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ifttt-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ifttt.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ifttt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">If This Then That<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Now the next one is called <a href=\"https:\/\/ifttt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">IFTT<\/a>, again the link is here so you can find it.<\/p>\n<p>What is really good about this is that <strong>it connects a\u00a0multitude of apps,\u00a0gathering\u00a0information from all kinds of places.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the ways that\u00a0I like use it is to\u00a0give me reminders about\u00a0specific things with my goal and events in my day so, every morning at 8:00 it reminds be,\u00a0what is some work that I&#8217;m going to\u00a0do that is going to\u00a0move\u00a0me towards my goal.<\/p>\n<p>Something that I recently started using it for is for <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/email\/\" target=\"_blank\">my affirmations or my incantations or whatever it is that you like to call it, my\u00a0power statements.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The way that I use it is that I simply put my affirmation or my statement there, my declaration if you will. It puts my\u00a0declaration up\u00a05 key times in\u00a0my day &#8211; in the morning, in the evening as well as around my meal times.<\/p>\n<p>I get it there, I see it, and I say\u00a0it. You might think that you can just do\u00a0this on a timer\u00a0on your device but try this app because it is\u00a0amazing way it\u00a0connects.<\/p>\n<p>It can connect to your SMS, it can connect to your reminders, to your notifications, all kinds of places. You have probably heard about it, it is very good.<\/p>\n<p>I like the way it organizes music and I can find this that I can share it with friends, so for me it is really fun.<\/p>\n<p>The thing about music is that <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/6-ways-to-master-your-feelings-and-achieve-your-personal-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\">music has so much power<\/a> to either <strong>give us energy or to help us relax or just change our mood<\/strong> or whatever it is that we need. Maybe you are learning more about the mind, learning more about <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/make-emotionally-strong-smart-goals-rock\/\" target=\"_blank\">setting goals.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Maybe you just want quotes\u00a0and updates from a blogger who\u00a0posts great posts on success or maybe you have another blogger that is helping you with <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/3-easy-coaching-tips-you-can-use-to-help-anyone\/\" target=\"_blank\">parenting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All this information for our personal growth is very important to keep track of.<\/p>\n<p>One way that you can keep track of it is in a great app called Feedly.<\/p>\n<p>It is available on all your devices. It aggregates and\u00a0brings it together. You can bring together several hundreds of websites and you can share it with friends and you can put it in evernote and other places.<\/p>\n<p>It is a great tool for\u00a0<strong>keeping that\u00a0information for\u00a0personal growth flowing in your life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>There you go!
