Wondering if I was going to make it through this one actually kept me awake one night.<\/p>\n<p>I was feeling pressure because of my kids and the fact that they need me to put food on the table for them. But as my sister said, &#8220;It&#8217;s not that dramatic.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It does\u00a0feel that way sometimes. Maybe if nothing else, you&#8217;re just concerned that you won&#8217;t lose any pay and can meet your financial obligations.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FAbeStoneBiz%2Fvideos%2F1716846841959738%2F&amp;show_text=1&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"401\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Making it out the other end of feeling-pretty-miserable I realized a few <strong>things that make a DIFFERENCE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1. \u00a0Stop pushing yourself and your body.<\/h3>\n<p>Chances are, being sick is\u00a0your body saying, &#8220;I need a BREAK&#8221;. If you can&#8217;t get off work, try SKIPPING\u00a0coffee and sugars, which\u00a0push your body and drain the energy it needs to heal. [\/shareable]<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u00a0Remember what is important in your life.<\/h3>\n<p>In my case I had realized I hadn&#8217;t been\u00a0spending much TIME\u00a0with my kids. I slowed down, played a game with them, and relaxed. They are the MOST IMPORTANT\u00a0thing to me right now. You my readers high on the list as well. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h3>3. Get help.<\/h3>\n<p>You should see a doctor. I wasn&#8217;t that bad off and, like I said, in my case I vented\u00a0my thoughts on my sister. TALK\u00a0to someone. My sister&#8217;s candid reaction, &#8220;It&#8217;s not that dramatic&#8221;, \u00a0helped RELEASE THE TENSION\u00a0I was feeling.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Hold off on important or life changing decisions.<\/h3>\n<p>When you&#8217;re down you often just need a BREAK\u00a0from it all. Being in a low state may influence you to make the wrong decision, just because you are feeling low at the moment. Most\u00a0DECISIONS CAN WAIT.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Give your body what it needs.<\/h3>\n<p>You may need to take medicine. Sometimes all you need is HEALTHY EATING. Try move vegetables and fruit! I my case I have a few additional tricks I like to use for cold and cough type illnesses: vitamin C with bioflavonoids, propolis, salt gargle, lemon and baking soda drink, and painkillers if needed.<\/p>\n<h4>(This post is not medical advice.
