This relationship is not going the way I want. It was good for a while but now I\u2019m a bit discouraged.\u201d I&#8217;d say,\u00a0CUT your losses!<\/p>\n<p>This morning a friend called me from the other side of the world wondering how to handle communication, or <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/3-steps-to-navigating-communication-you-dread\/\">lack of communication<\/a>, with\u00a0a guy she is good friends with. It seemed good in the beginning, and had the potential to be more but this person is HOLDING BACK.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[shareable cite=&#8221;Abe Stone&#8221;]Step into circles of friends who will be a boost to your life. #relationships[\/shareable]<\/p>\n<p>I may get crucified\u00a0in some circles\u00a0for saying this, but my thought on most of these kinds of complications is: <strong>life is too short to squander it on people who are PULLING AWAY\u00a0from your vision and the direction you are going in your life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are plenty of people out there who would be happy to be with you, to\u00a0SUPPORT you, to run that race\u00a0BESIDE you. That&#8217;s what I told my friend and that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m telling you. <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingreallyworks.com\/blog\/how-to-start-living-your-new-story-today\/\">Start writing a new story!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[shareable cite=&#8221;Abe Stone&#8221;]There is a time for simple, fun, uncomplicated relationships. How about now?[\/shareable]<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t get me wrong there are relationships where we may need to invest time.
