We all need boost from time to time. Here’s what she said, “I finally watched your video about reconnecting to your personal vision- a good one–and so relevant! Thanks for sending it to my inbox. I love the enthusiasm with which you project yourself.”

I was looking through my Facebook posts the other day and I was trying to see, “What is it that people are resonating with the most?
What is standing out to people, that they are either, liking, or commenting on?”
I realized that it was the posts where I offer encouragement. Either, I say something personally and just type up something short, or I share a quote that is encouraging.
Are You Facing This One Alone?
I realize that’s something that we all need, because we are not meant to take this journey alone. We’re not meant to be fighting our battles alone.
So often we feel that way. We feel like we’re the only one in the world, who is facing this challenge and nobody understands.
A Friend Surprised By a Coincidence
In fact a friend of mine, Katrin, commented on one of my posts. She said,
What prompted you to say those things? What prompted you to share that?”
I said,
Well, I figured that if I need the encouragement, somebody out there must need it as well.”
She said it really meant a lot to her and it was something she needed right at that moment.
I Wasn’t Sure If I Should Make This Confession About Myself
Actually, a couple of weeks ago I was talking to my coach.
I explained to her that I felt discouraged that I wasn’t making it.
You see, I’m still holding down a full time and I’m working on this business, with Coaching Really Works and the training videos that I’m putting together.
This is what I want to be doing. This is where I want to spend all my time, but I’m in a position where my financial demands compared to where I’ve gotten in this business, is not enough for me at this time and I still need to full time job.
That was weighing on me. I felt bad about it.
But then I realized, there are a lot of you out there who are in a similar position.
Maybe you’re working two jobs or three jobs. I don’t know.
Maybe you just got fired.
Maybe you’re trying to start a business and you can figure it out, or get on your feet.
Don’t worry. There are other people in the same position and they are fitting together with you, alongside of you.

Here, I want to leave you with a few thoughts for those moments when you’re discouraged.
Maybe you can write these down.
I’ll put a download here. You can print it out and carry it around with you.

Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe he can achieve. (Read Think and Grow Rich)
2. Never give up.
Those who give up never win.
3. Sometimes, you just need to breathe.
4. Get back up!
If you get pushed down, don’t stay down. Get up!

It might take a little bit of effort for you to see it, and recognize it, but really, think about it.
What have you come through?
What have you overcome?
There’s been a lot in your life and you’ve done very well. You’re here today. You are breathing and alive and looking forward.
So, look at what you’ve done and pay attention to the good that’s been done in your life.
6. Work hard and smart and remember, it’s not gonna last forever.
Some people say, “Work smarter”, other people say, “You’ve gotta work harder.”
I don’t think it’s either side that’s right. I think it’s a combination of both.
You may have to work harder for a short time so that you can then work smart and not have so much work to do.
Just remember-work hard and smart. It’s not gonna last forever.
The next one is extremely important.
7. Keep learning.
If you face a challenge and you don’t know how to get past it, take the time to learn. Take the time to research it.
Learn and make it through that challenging situation.
8. Remember, if you’re going through a difficult time, it will not last forever.
