Oprah has made “Aha!” moments famous, but what really are “Aha!” moments? Perhaps you’ve had one of your own, or maybe several.

Notice how some of the aha moments in this infographic where experienced when people where faced with a difficulty which they didn’t allow to stop them. In fact, it was the opposite, they used it to move in a new direction. They not only overcame the difficulty for themselves but they also helped others in the process.

What you are resisting may hold your “Aha!” moment.

You may be faced with a challenge right now, something that is holding you back, discouraging you, or keeping you from living life all-out.

I know not everyone wants to be an entrepreneur. That’s really not the point here. Living a rich full life can mean different things for different people. A small win in your personal life situation may be all you are looking for. Go for it!

What I would suggest is, the next time you are stuck in that challenging spot again, let go of any resistance you have to the situation, open your mind, and consider what new direction it could take you in. Learn to see the possibilities hidden in the struggle.

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.”

Some aha moments come through difficult experiences which we allow to change us, instead of resisting them because they seem inconvenient.

And remember age doesn’t matter, you’re not too old or too young.

Consider the wide range of ages at which these people experienced their “Aha!” moments. Don’t allow your age to be a barrier to your growth and change.

[reminder]Just maybe this is your aha moment. If so leave a comment or leave one anyway. 🙂 [/reminder]
