It may be a Catch-22 to think of using meditation to improve my focus and clarity, when I might be diagnosed with ADD/ADHD if I were to get tested.

After years of trying different approaches to meditation, I think I’ve found a simple technique that works for me. You may want to try it if you are interested in experiencing the touted benefits of meditation.
